• [LAST NAME DELETED], Shane - Age 34, a resident of San Francisco, a former resident of Dierks, AR, died Monday, October 11, 2004 in San Francisco. He was born June 25, 1970 in De Queen, AR. He was a member of the Dierks Church of Christ. Since his move to San Francisco in 1996, Shane has been involved in high technology recruiting. At DPRC he was a senior recruiter successfully placing technical consultants in a highly competitive marketplace. From DPRC he moved on to Inteliant Corporation, where he managed a group of twelve recruiters and was responsible for negotiating business with large government and corporate accounts. He successfully integrated local recruiting efforts with national Inteliant offices and spearheaded the Nations Bank/Bank of America business negotiations for computer consultant business. Shane is remembered for creating a matrix to track interview to hire ratio to improve office business. From Inteliant, he continued his recruiting career at other companies including Modis, PsiNapse, and Techlink Systems. Shane will be remembered fondly throughout the San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Los Angeles area as leader in the technical recruiting industry and a true professional dedicated to helping others obtain their career goals. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers . . . .
