I don't know if he was talking about taking a dump while the guy was at his desk. If he was, that is gross. I can see coming in after hours and dumping and leaving (except I'd dump in the pencil drawer or something) but I don't think I'd want to be dumping in front of people I dislike (it is kind of a vulnerable position).
