Good point. Paint quality is extremely, extremely important. Buy the most expensive paint. Benjamin Moore makes multiple qualities of each color; go to their website and make sure that you understand everything. It is worth it. It will look much better and go on much better.
Also, painting is the only kind of work short of absurdly major stuff that I have professionals do. Those guys do it all day, every day, and it's worth it to spend the extra money on high-quality paint and have a professional put it on unless you have done a lot of painting.
