My feet got a little bigger during pregnancy, but not terribly, because most of the weight I've gained since adolescence was not during pregnancy. Since high school my feet have gotten just over 1/2 size bigger. My sister gained a lot of weight while pregnant, and over two pregnancies she's gained at least one shoe size, if not 1 1/2.

I agree. My feet went up half a size while pregnant and never really went back to their original size. Which sucks, because all my totally sexy fuck-me pumps now really hurt. Which isn't to say I won't wear them. I'm too vain to let a little discomfort get in the way of a really great outfit.
