Sometimes I'll give a compliment like that when my gf is walking around in sweats with a baseball cap on because I'm thinking about everything I like about her (not just her looks, even though I think that look is hot).
I don't compliment people at an "appropriate time." That's stupid and would lead to the other person expecting it even more than if you complimented them all the time. If you think I would, you need to go back and reread all my posts (or just ask Fugee -- that ain't me). However, I reserve the right to tell you you're beautiful if you are all dressed up and look stunning if I feel like it.

I wasn't really talking so much about you as I was talking in sweeping generalities. And about myself.
I'm pretty selfish that way. Maybe you need to go back and read all
my posts.
