Didn't the old Veteran's Stadium in Philly have a court room and jail so the drunken Eagles' fans could be fined and jailed before they sobered up? That said, in the 100 plus NFL games I've been to, I haven't really seen that many fights, though I was sort of thinking about starting one on Sunday.
