Which was it? Or do you mean both? I'd say you meant the GOP won both, but later you write:

"you won for grad degrees and no degrees"

...which tends to indicate that you didn't mean "both Bachelor's and HS" in the earlier part of the sentence.

Clarify please. And use bullet points.
