Other way around. Ibuprofen is an antiinflamatory (as are aspirine and naproxin, both of which are related chemically). Acetaminophen is merely a pain reliever/fever reducer. Good news is you can take full doses of both at once (but not ibuprofen with aspirin or naproxin).

(I have almost certainly butchered the spelling of one or more of the drugs above, but deal with it.)
