One of the big names in IP/Patent recruiting nationwide is
Willam K. McLaughlin -- you get past a certain age, and half of all the patent guys around have been placed by McLaughlin at some time or other.
I worked with him a few years ago, as a backup to the deal I was working myself -- he came up with some leads, but my own deal worked out so I didn't follow through.
