Napoleon Dynamite DVD
So the Napoloeon Dynamite DVD was a bit of a disappointment, I thought. Sample commentary: "this [featured extra] kid has a great face. He works at the Double J now in Preston. He was really cool. He did a great job."
However, the DVD did reveal that Tina Marjorino is a hip hop dance instructor (presumably when not attending Waterworld-Con) who helped choreography the dance scene, and also that Heder stole many of his moves from Backstreet Boys and Michael Jackson. Oh, and Haylie Duff fainted on her first day, 'cause it was so hot.
The DVD also had the short film Peluca, which is kinda what you'd expect from a 10 minute Napoleon Dynamite movie. With his buddy needing a wig, and Napoleon needing a fanny pack, and not enough money for both, Napoleon gets his friend the wig.
The scene where they see the wig is VERY funny. "That wig . . . it's so incredible . . ." Napoleon basically starts drooling over it. Very very funny.
