Yes. Back bacon is like Canadian bacon. Less fatty. This one is real fatty and is apparently from a part of the pig that is not used as often to make bacon. Introduced to it by a group of Jewish New Yorkers who moved down South and like to pretend they are hicks. Must be redneck chic is in or something. Bragging about not cleaning their cast iron skillets and such. But I think I'm better now having just raided the last Crunchy Cheetos from the cubicle called the kitchen.
