Hawkins, Parnell & Thackston is a medium sized litigation boutique with offices in Atlanta, Dallas, and West Virginia. The firm has a national practice in areas as diverse as product liability, professional negligence, toxic tort, and employment litigation. The Firm is seeking highly motivated attorneys who have demonstrated an aptitude for polished legal writing for a position that would be focused on complex research and briefing in the state and federal courts. Applicants should have 2-5 years of experience. A judicial clerkship is preferred but not required, and may substitute for 1 year of experience.
