 So many people just do not understand this.  A person would lose TONS of weight if they would eat just two HoHos per day, and would gain weight if they ate 3,000 calories per day of sugar free snacks, fat free pretzels, granola and other "healthy" foods.  
Not that I advocate eating two HoHos per day (except maybe Slave should), but a lot of people are not satisfied unless they have some fat, so they consume WAY too many calories of low fat foods.
