Based on what are you making this proclamation? You state that as if it is an established fact, like the Earth is round or something.
Cite some support for your conclusion.
I have read tons of the psycho-socio-pathology of rape literature, and there is disagreement on whether the motivation is violence, power or a combination of violence and power. Most authors and those who study rape agree that sexual desire is not a factor. However, the motivation for raping is not something that can be proved in the way say, the melting point of ice can be proved. Yet you emphatically state you know the anwer, cite nothing to support your contention other than the bare conclusion itself followed by, AND HERE'S THE KICKER "and that's that."
Well, that sure convinced everyone.
