When I first moved to DC, I was in awe of it as a city of government power and symbol. One Saturday I'm downtown shopping on F Street. This terribly beat homeless guy starts wandering across the street towards me. He's oblivous to traffic and stops everything. He gets to the curb on the other side, and right in front of me pulls out this enormous dick and starts peeing in the gutter. It reminded me of a horse peeing both in stream strength and penis size.
Anyway, this was just a few blocks from the White House, and my vision of DC was forever changed.
The guy was obviously a wasted talent. Unless he was on a real BDD he could have done films.
