They're letting me see some of it, now. (I didn't realize I was behind on my dues.)
There appears to be an interpretation of the bill that was passed that allows for a complete retrial of all
factual issues determined by the lower court. That would be the only way I could see this bill having any effect beyond the date of the fed TRO.
