Just for background, not applicable to you, if you saw Farenheit 9/11 you know the Oregon state police can't guard the borders so you're golden.
Back in the 70s, the customs form only said "2 liters per person" could come back across the border from Mexico. My parents were elated that they spawned four "persons" to help bring booze across.

I think they've since changed the form to define the age of "person".
