NEW YORK -- To the dismay of gay-rights activists, the Food and Drug Administration is about to implement new rules recommending that any man who has engaged in homosexual sex in the previous five years be barred from serving as an anonymous sperm donor.
I assume this works on the honor system... in which case it doesn't.

OR, the FDA is pushing for a law making it a fed crime to lie about having "pitched" or "caught" any games in the five years preceeding the sperm donation.

The question I'm stuck with is "Why five years?" There's no significance to that number.

But its nice to see the govt dealing with the weighty issues.

I truly cannot wait until Flynt digs up some pictures of James Dobson sucking off a 15 year old boy in a HoJo's parking lot. The idiot revolution was amusing for a while, but their shtick's getting old. Time to shoo them back to the trailers.
