Sure. Although last time he said he was showing up with a bunch of people (something about a call to arms) and he showed up alone and spent the whole party sitting and observing everyone else so he could be prepared in the unlikely event someone talked to him. It got uncomfortable after even PLF left and down lo-berry was still sitting in that same spot sipping his spritzer.
