This is close, but it's clear that there are two women - the one with the hands and with the legs can't be the same.
I think he pleasured her poorly and she has now decided to sqeeze the life out of him with her bare legs, and he can't fight it because legs' woman's friend is holding him and pleasuring him.
One of the women is dressed in black vinyl, which you see in the foreground.
