Hell, I would go so far as to assume that CBS has some pull in how most of those flight legs are staged. They can't control late arrivals, etc., but I would not be surprised to know that they have some imput in whether TAR people make it on the plane from the waiting list, etc. Maybe I am too much the cynic.
