Lindsay's frame is not tiny. She naturally has curves. She's not an inherently petite girl.
You are probably the former as well (proportionally - I don't know how tall you are). Two girls of the same height/weight can look drastically different based on their bone/muscle structure. I have a friend who is about the same height as me. Most people would agree that I look bigger than him. He outweighs me by 20 lbs.

I read this week's U.S. Weekly and Lindsay pretty much used that argument in her defense. WHoever the hell she is.
