I think Libertarians are massively stupid about transaction/information costs -- it's like they think that all the economic examples that start out "Disregarding transaction/information costs . . ." can be applied to the real world, when they CAN'T until you resolve the transaction/information costs. Bureacracy and regulation can be more efficient than a zillion people making individual bargains.
And if you started yapping about libertarian crap post-coitally, and did not shut your yap when asked -- TWICE -- you would be too stupid to fuck.
OK, I did him again before he left. But that was more a matter of not letting it go to waste.

Well, we do need some regulation, but I'd personally like to see just about 99.9% of bureaucrats thrown in front of a speeding bus. I can't stomach procedure. I think in theory bureacracy and regs work fine, but in practice, the system is built to be abused by the lazy and inept. You've got to admit there is nothing worse than trying to wring a decision out of a pack of scared shitless middle managers. I've blown up at meeting and almost said "Make a fucking decision!" These people should be accountable and they're not. They need to be reviewed rigorously and fired when they don't produce anything other than more regs and policy memos.
If I fuck up, I get fired. Why should so many sods in the middle of govt and big business be allowed to be so inefficient and counterprocudtive?
