SEx toys are returnable if they are not functioning properly. I was told that if it did indeed pinch, I could return it under that category. So it goes back to the manufacturer. Believe me, I wasnt buying that thing without some assurances. I had doubts but was hopeful that handsfree technology was not limited to my telephone.
