Years ago, an associate and I were travelling to a doc review site. We waited and waited and waited for his luggage. Finally, when we were the only two people left at the baggage claim, his belongings arrived one by one on the belt. (He wears briefs.)

I'll side with taxwonk on the United thing, but I rarely fly anyone other than American, so United is just on my shitlist for the lack of legroom on a recent trip to the great white north (not Canada, but practically).
