Crab is entirely overrated. You have to spend five minutes cracking the bugger open, just to pick through the entrails to get to 1/2 oz. of meat. And after about three, your hands are so cut up and filled with the spicy salt, you'd think it's the dish they serve at Gitmo.
Crab meat may be underrated, but only if someone's picked it out for you.
