We can't rule out the second possibility, but I stand by my assertion that Chappelle's Show is overrated. A show that bats .250 is worthy of accolades --- UNLESS IT'S A SKETCH SHOW.
Given the orgiastic response he provokes, I think "overrated" is a safe adjective.
