It's called the Missionary position because it was the position the Jesuits used to show the natives when they were instructing them on their duty to produce lots of Catholics for the Pope. All that wheelbarrow, Kama Sutra, exotic shit was too likely to be engaged in for fun as much as procreation, which is a sin.
