I had a friend who threw 2 empty wine bottles at the ex's house after he started dating another woman right after she had bought him an expensive pure-bred puppy for Christmas.
It scared the neighbors a bit, but the glass remnants were fantastic. Someone could have gotten hurt, so she felt bad afterwards. And then they got back together 4 or 5 times until she figured out he was always going to be a player. And an asshole.
