Hey, consider that a small annoyance. Between my old lady and me, we've had 3 car accidents in the last 30 days... all annoying little fuckers that weren't even worth reporting.
RE: NYC right on red prohibition... I am one of the few people I know who's been pulled over in heavy traffic by a NYC traffic cop. It was bizarre. The dude came running up to me in traffic and started screaming about how I took a left from the middle lane. I said something like "So did about 100 other cars." Amazingly, no ticket. That was a terribly boring story. I blame you for causing me to recall it. I want that 30 seconds of typing time back.
