WARNING: Potential Spoilers about the latest stupid Star Wars Movie below.
Speaking of Star Wars, I finally got around to watching Episode III this weekend. Well, half of it. I had to leave after about an hour b/c I couldn't survive another minute of fatuous dialogue. I swear to god, if you "watched" that movie with your eyes closed, you would think that a second grader had written it. I know this is not a novel observation and I'm not the first to point it out, but I honestly don't understand how educated people, or people who love movies, can sit through dialogue like "what have I done???"(cried out in anguish after accidentally killing an ally) and "something wonderful has happened!" (about a pregnancy). This movie made the writers of lines like "don't you dare die on me!" look like geniuses.
And I actually managed to sit through Episode I twice, so I have a high tolerance for crap. I also read almost all of Sebby's posts!
