If Chad isn't around, the whole just introduce him thing works out less well. And I generally wouldn't talk about Chad's cock and how it tastes to people I just met. However I might talk about more mundane things and, trust me, if you just call some person by name without any frame of reference, people will usually either look at you oddly and let it pass or ask who that person is. Labels exist for a reason. But I'm not sure what my reason for explaining this to you is.
