So here's my problem: I have just found out that my wife is having an affair. I love my wife (but reserve the right to change my mind about this), so this is, well, distressing. Or maybe I should say OH MY GOD I CAN BELIEVE SHE'S SLEEPING WITH THAT SON OF A BITCH.
Anyway, I'm a bit freaked out, so any words of encouragement would be nice. I'm not expecting any, especially as a sock, but I had to get this off my chest somewhere.
As an added bonus, if you want to pick on me, I discovered the whole thing by snooping through her e-mail (although she did leave it open on the computer - what's a guy to do when he glances at it and notices an oddly large number of e-mails from "Bill"?).

Given that I no longer sock, I will resist the temptation to respond to this as "Bill".
I guess my response would be, how do
you turn this to your advantage.......i.e. you should be able to score a freebie or two or three. Perhaps an FFM with your wife and another woman or perhaps a menage with the wife and Bill, if that's more your thing, nttawwt.
Either way, remember
you are the victim and now is the time to think about yourself, fulfill your needs, and heal. Define those and present the invoice. Assuming there is blame to be assigned here, you are free from any and don't buy any attempt to the contrary (assuming you weren't involved with someone else prior to her fling).
Godspeed cuckold!

ps: for me, it is okay to check the email. I pay the dsl bill (as well as the rest of the bills and the mortgage), its mine, mine, all mine. No expectation of privacy in my house.
