I was led to believe that she was a virgin prior to the limo ride, but I have no idea.

Note to future putative spouses: Chances are I fucked you the first time the subject came up, and if we're getting married, I have no plans on not fucking you.
Sex in the limo, for the first time? Or sex for the first time, in the limo?

My horrifying waiting until marriage story -- I think they had both had sex with other people in the past, but didn't have sex with each other until after they were married. Lived together, but no sex. She converted to Catholicism for him and before the marriage extolled the virtues of the rhythm method, saying that contraception was basically just a conspiracy by drug companies to make money. They had a baby within a year. Medicaid paid for it -- so I don't think it was planned. Jesus.

The only saving grace is that I don't think they actually referred to the no sex (or thought of it) as "revirginating." I think it was more of a rededicating to God/their ideals, or whatever. Which, while I wouldn't do it, isn't really something I'm willing to criticize. Mock, maybe, but not criticize.
