Maybe you are not reading it correctly, but no matter, the rules are not the K winner gets to pick the cleverest title, the rules are, the K winner picks his or her title. I'm a hot dog, not a team player.
Notwithstanding whatever OED definition of "clever" you re using, "clever" also means
Nimble with the hands or body; dexterous. , so I would suggest, instead of criticising me or we, as the case may be, you should work on your cleverness, or next time around the title will be:
