Its the short stroke. You can't use a 3 iron swing in the anal sex. You have to use the pitching wedge from just off the green. Smooth, short, yet followed through. If she's clean, and you're not fool enough to act like a battering ram (which, during anal sex should be a criminally sanctionable act), you should be able to get out cleanly.
