I swam the lunchtime Masters workout at the Westwood Community Center pool. He waterwalked in the open swim lane, as it was a less stressful (on his fucked up knees) form of aerobic exercise. The concurrent pool uses ran the same time, 11:45-1 M-F, so we were always in the 500 SFt lockerroom together.
Circa 93-94.
Prior to that I used to share a lockerroom with Jesse Jackson in DC. We would discuss politics.
