2. I've come to realize that those of you whom graduated from pedestrian- trade school-like law schools really got the best of it. You were trained to be in ocurt, or write wills etc. i bet you had a class on breathalizer defense!
Everything in my school was about theory and how we can/should shape the world. the fact that every class has a few future Senators, and every third or fourth year there is a future president or Supreme Court justice really causes the curriculem to be skewed away from the practical.
Whats the diff between venue and jurisdiction anyways?
