That was a serious post. As a long time animal rights advocate and a committed critic of Seattle's Animal Control, I don't understand the concept. I don't even like cats so much (except for Fringey's cats
eta: and the Paigow's cats), but I would still bring one to the vet over calling the idiots at animal control.
