I want to say to the calorie obsessed 20-somethings frittering with packets of Sweet n Lo and skim milk, "Don't fret, the acceleration of your metabolism you gain from the coffee will cancel out the 1 gram of fat in that half & half you put in it."

Its like people who use shotglasses to measure drinks in their own home (yes, these people exist). Why? Are you concerned about liability for overserving yourself if you hit someone driving your lawnmower drunk?
