I use the powdered vanilla in mine. I have no idea whats in that, but I like it.
I'm the dick who unscrews the cap and pours 3/4 of the whole salt shaker's worth in. Sugar just doesn't dissolve enough in the coffee, and I don't care for the artificial sweeteners (even though I drink diet soda by the case).
