hmm. I have an aversion to the word feel used in the wrong context. Like "I feel that we should do something different" or "I feel that is wrong." It's stupid. You think these things, you don't feel them. So regardless of its origins, "I feel you" rubbed me the wrong way. Nails on a chalkboard.
