The first Austin Powers really wasn't that terrible. You have to admit that it was different. We've just been bombarded by terrible Sequels.
Don't get me wrong, it wasn't great by any stretch, but it was (but probably isn't anymore due to oversaturation) 1000x more watchable than Wayne's World.

Oh, I can watch AP flicks. I just can't watch them agin and again the way I can the Ferrell/Wilsons/Vaughn stuff.
Vaughn's almost too good. He seems like he's not even acting at times.
