I don't get Favreau. He strikes me as a bloated poor man's Jeremy Piven.
I hated him in Swingers. I just can't handle those "emotional car wreck" doofus characters, and he plays that part waaay to well (although, the phone bit is a classic).
The only movie I liked Favreau in was that one where he and Christian Slater try to cover up the accidental killing of the stripper at the bachelor party (Very Bad Things?). He's funny when he finally breaks down and loses it near the end of the flick.
