spanky, We know you work out of your pastoral home. It seems a very informal setting in that children wander through your work area at their whim. I hope i'm not presumptous, but I take from that you do not have clients showing up. i guess I assumed some high level consulting job, where you might travel to distant locations from time to time. then you mention employees. this begs the question- where would they work?
Do you have a formal office somewhere?
What is your average work day like?
Are you hiring?
Are you a mean boss?
when was the last time you fired someone, and why were they fired?

I work at home. I buy and sell real estate. More particularly I flip homes. My average work day is I am on the phone most of the day. Sometimes I go check out the homes to see how the remodeling is going. Mostly I leave that to the employees. I am not hiring. I don't think I am a mean boss. I have never fired anyone.
Does that answer your questions?
