I'm starting to get some speed back, too. We are swimming outdoor longcourse right now and today we did a sprint set. I was holding my 50s at 35-38 secs.

I've thought about looking for a masters team. I think I'd get back into shape fairly quickly if I was working out in a group with some pressure to not slow down. I'd be pretty happy with 35sec 50s.
