Your best bet is to hope that Serbian chick is a gold digger, and that will only help if you actually have enough gold to be worth the effort of digging. Maybe you should suggest going to dinner someplace that is in or really, really close to an area with expensive boutiques -- and say, hey, we could go shopping before dinner and pick out a nice outfit for you. Gold digging women seem to be particularly amenable to accepting clothes. And if she brings up any plastic surgery she wants, or anything else, but that she can't quite afford or is waiting until she can afford it, tell her what a good idea it is and why should she have to wait, you'd be more than happy to help her out.
