I hear the feet and ankles never really go back to their earlier shapes after birth -- too much pressure on them, they get permanently twisted/changed. But you have a baby, and that makes the total ruin of your body worthwhile.

I think you are projecting sensitivity about the cankles, love. Here's a tip: no matter how much time you spend with your ankles up behind your shoulders, they are not going to get thinner. It's not fluid, it's fat. But maybe you could see about getting some of it injected into your crows' feet?
