Will Ferrell is nowhere near as funny as Phil Hartman. However, I think he's a more versatile actor.
And I meant
David, not Phil, in my original post. David was not only an original host of Good Morning America, but is also described by imdb as a "Genial, toothsome actor and host." He is also a Life Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.
