Since you are here and participating, could you explain the level playing field thingy to spanky? It may help that the Governator is stepping up enforcement of labor laws (wage and hour and stuff, or whatever), without paying attention to the workers' immigration status, so that companies that are obeying the laws aren't at a disadvantage relative to ones that aren't obeying the laws. Or such is the stated rationale. It seems comparable.
